The hotel provided a room that was old and beaten down, not at all like advertised, and the breakfast options were quite dismal. However, the service was incredibly friendly from the snack bar to the receptionist. The location, although a bit confusing at first, turned out to be a good base for exploring the Algarve. The dining experience was not worth the money, especially since it was held at a neighboring 4-star hotel. Despite the shortcomings, the pool area was decent, providing a relaxing hangout spot.

The hotel had a large and very clean bathroom, but I encountered issues with ants in the room, even on the beds and clothes, making my stay uncomfortable. The lack of sockets in convenient locations was inconvenient. Although the service was friendly, there were instances of rudeness. The location was a bit confusing initially, with restrictions on towel use, but it offered convenient access to the beach and nearby areas. The dining experience was basic with some repetition in the food quality. Despite these downsides, I appreciated the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff.
